I recently purchased a MacBook Pro with the M1 chip. It is blazing fast and I’m happy with my upgrade. One of the first things that I purchased shortly after ordering my Macbook Pro was a UAG protective case. I bounce around from location to location so protecting my investment was certainly a priority. But what I didn’t have was a docking station in order to attach all of my devices to my MacBook.

The new MacBook only has (2x) USB-C type ports. In order to connect my monitor, camera’s and countless other devices… I needed a docking station. Basically my MacBook would connect via one of its USB C ports using a cable. The other end of the cable attaches to a box that has all the various ports built into it. This “box” is the docking station that I am referring to.
